If you were too young in 2003 here is what Bush told the American people:

1) The Iraq War won’t cost a lot of money
3) We won’t need a lot of troops
4) We’ll bring peace and freedom to Iraq
5) We’ll find WMDs
6) We’ll be welcomed as liberators
7) It will be easy
8) It won’t take long

All lies.

If you think it can’t happen here, remember that it already did. In 1942 soldiers came with rifles to our home and ordered us out. They put us in internment camps. Most of us were citizens.

What a vile and stupid harpy she is. The fact that she lacks the shame she should have every day to even walk the halls that she desecrates with her very presence is an indictment of our species.
Boebert: What we’re seeing in LA is an insurrection

Pritzker: You don’t know understand what insurrection is. It is outrageous that you are asking that when you are the one condoning the pardoning of people that attacked police.

I will be damned if I allow a bunch of Confederate-waving January 6th apologists give the American people a lecture on flag waving.

There is ZERO reason to enter an argument about patriotism with people who still worship traitors to America 150+ years later.

They. Are. Breaking. The. Law.

To be in public office right now is to constantly ask yourself: How do I make sure I'm standing on the right side of history?

There's a simple answer.

The wrong side of history will always tell you to be afraid - the right side of history will always expect you to be brave.

EXCLUSIVE: A top Democratic strategist has launched new policy research and messaging hub, called Searchlight, with a goal of pushing the party toward the most effective, broadly popular positions.
Dems are quietly forming a think tank to help them win again
Searchlight, a name inspired by the birthplace of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, comes at a precarious moment for a Democratic Party.

The power of propaganda lies in its ability to replace critical thought with emotional loyalty; once this threshold is crossed, facts become irrelevant, and allegiance becomes absolute.

ICE can enter anyone’s home, and abduct and deport them to a foreign prison indefinitely because the DOJ says they can ignore the 4th, 5th and 15th amendments.

If there’s no due process or protections against illegal search and seizures, none of us are safe.

Executive orders are not legislation. They are implementation guidance to the executive branch. The significance of this is that Trump is behaving like a dictator. He thinks he is creating laws and assumes no one will stop him.
Trump ahead of signing executive orders: "We're signing some important legislation."

Today I'm finding out which people believe that if you're part of a population that is a small overall percentage of humans on the planet, it's okay to strip you of rights.

I wonder if they have considered how easy it would be to classify *them* into a small overall percentage, and do it to them.
