It’s much harder than I thought and yet, when I relaxed and took away the expectation, it was quite amazing what could be achieved.

Here’s what I learnt from my experience:

🧘🏻‍♂️ Be at one with the experience- allow the flow in the moment
🔑 Apply consistent movement
⏳ Have patience
🧹 Keep your wheel clean/tidy
🐢 Sometimes the wheel needs to go slow, other times fast 🐇, adapt as you need
💧 Water is very important!
🙃 Have fun
