yeah I'm quite interested to see what happens when leasehold reforms fully roll out, you'd imagine shoot back up (or if they increase LISA limit) and it's a buyer market right now but still, nobody buying. Feels like we finally hit a cap of affordability even in London.

Feels underreported/underestimated that the housing economy has ground to a halt. I think I've looked at every 2-3 bed on the market in London the past week and so many have been reduced in price and are selling at a loss from previous purchase. Wasn't my expectation at all.
