Five years ago today my bf and I walked into Petsmart with no intention of getting a cat, but her raspy sad meow in that cage changed our minds quickly. We tried to say goodbye and we choked, we tried to walk away and we stumbled, so we took home our sweet Macey Gray, named for that raspy meow.
