Every time I think I've met someone who understands me, reality gives me a blow. But I remind myself, it's okay, everything will be fine. Even if this person doesn't understand me, I believe I'll meet someone who truly gets me. Life may be tough, but I trust I'll find the support I need.

Every time I think I've met someone who understands me, reality gives me a blow. But I remind myself, it's okay, everything will be fine. Even if this person doesn't understand me, I believe I'll meet someone who truly gets me. Life may be tough, but I trust I'll find the support I need.
When you are angry, give yourself some time to calm down, take a deep breath, and let your emotions settle. Anger doesn’t change anything, but calmness brings clearer thinking and better decisions.
However, if you really can’t calm down, then go vent to the person who made you angry. 🤬
