I've said it before, & I'll say it forever.
Dead Space already solved this back in 2008 before it was even an issue.
Just give games an optional "guide line" that we can choose to use or ignore, that toggles on a "go this way" line for a couple of seconds.
Doesn't break immersion, & helps folks.

Tonight, I finished running an extension that saved all of the (still available & not deleted) videos from TikTok that I'd liked & favorited.
At least I won't lose the guides, recipes, & memes I liked enough to hit "like" on in the last few years.
