I love that millennial parents still have whimsy. I saw so many families tonight where the parent clearly let the kid pick what they wanted to be and then the parent matched them. Also I am biased because Leo is pikachu and I’m Ash. Damian is a monster truck and Jairo is a driver.

I’m so irritated by trunk or treats being advertised as a “safe” Halloween. This is why there’s no community anymore. I’m not against them and do take my kids to them in the week leading up to Halloween, but the 31st is for proper trick or treating

I was putting off reading The Cruel Prince because opinions online seemed really polarized, but I’m really enjoying myself, this is a fun world. I think I’m starting to realize that I like more fantasy and less romance in my romantasy-ish books.
