He’s batshit crazy. He is restarting trade wars again. I just returned from Las Vegas, and it was about one-third of what you usually see there. Everyone there, including people in Cowboy Karaoke bars and the Tesla-driving semi-literate repugs, are cursing his name and saying that tariffs ruined.
