So someone with inside information on government policy decisions is personally involved with platforms that allow people to bet on government policy decisions?

The corruption is endless.

Increase in productivity since 1979: 87%

Increase in hourly pay since 1979: 32%

Just so happens that ~25% of workers were unionized in 1979. Today? 10%.

As unions declined, the super-rich have taken a larger share of wealth generated by labor. We must build back union power.

Conservatives yell “socialism” at every initiative designed to help people.

Maybe you've heard the word a few times already today.

But this is nothing more than an old scare tactic.

A functioning government requires pooling resources for the common good. Let me explain.

Three years ago The Economist warned that that keeping global warming to just 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels was no longer plausible. Now, the data confirm that the window has closed
For the first time, climate models show the 1.5°C goal is dead
Governments have failed to limit global warming. What comes next?

It's not about the applicants, it's the politicians.

How can Ontarians trust this government when they keep seeing insiders get the fast track while they fall behind?

2 years after the Greenbelt scandal, Doug Ford Conservatives pull another one out of the hat by rigging the Skills Development Fund to benefit insiders and party donors.

Conservative scandals & broken promises are driving a jobs disaster and driving costs up for working people.

But we, together with ~40 orgs, are saying no.

Great and energizing meeting with leaders from Ontario’s labour movement today, joined by my friend and the Shadow Minister for Labour Jamie West for joining.

Thank you Fred Hahn, Yolanda McClean, Laura Walton, Heather Erlen, and Ahmad Gaied. The road to a workers’ government starts here.
