Some healing doesn’t come from fixing—it comes from listening.

To the body. To the earth. To ourselves.
Living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) has taught me to move slower, notice more, and offer myself the kind of care I was waiting for others to give.

During the week, visiting author Nadine Pinede discussed her 1st novel, a beautiful MG, WHEN THE MAPOU SINGS. Nadine attended Whole Novel on scholarship a few years ago. When visited, it was the first time she had the opportunity hold her published book. Speechlessly inspiring. (🧵3/4)
