Honestly too many Americans have no fucking clue what their military does outside of their borders and it's very annoying. Then 30 years later they go watch a movie made by one of their fellow Americans about the war crimes committed in their name. Movie wins an Oscar, everybody feels good again

This is the only mention of it on the The Prize Of Peril wiki. Isn't that amazing? Stephen King wrote him an apology letter, but never gave him any residuals or anything. King is a millionaire and I'm pretty sure Sheckley died poor
