OK since no one asked I'm gonna explain my Evil Dead fan theory. The Evil Dead is strictly a horror movie, Evil Dead 2 is mainly horror but adds comedy and slapstick elements, Army of Darkness is a comedic Action Adventure movie with horror elements. The protagonist for those films is Ash Williams.
Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggan is an anime i didn't watch for a while because I missed it at the time and all the hype around it kinda made me cautious of it, but it lives up to the hype and while it's not perfect and a bit ridiculous it's also the most positive, self affirmative anime I think I've seen

I think there will come a day when I'm declared a chaser and also told i don't care about trans rights by an individual and i look forward to laughing in the face of that person.

I honestly feel that society as a whole would be a better place if people regularly practiced cutting off and disowning bad family members.
