ohhhhh nice!! yeah the recipe calls for tomato jam but I'm not that into tomato jam as a rule, but the book has a few other savory jams and bacon jam seemed perfect.

I've also got some bacon jam left over and some goat cheese in my fridge to pair it with, will the num-nums ever cease!!

I snagged this savory baking cookbook from the half price books a few weeks ago and it's got sooooo much good stuff in it, I need a month off work to try it all
