Fairly early on in The Village a whole bunch of people started talking, then they started getting shushed, followed by more people shushing the shushers until finally one dude just yelled "SHUT! The FUCK! UP!" and the entire theater erupted in applause.
Raising the always fun question: What are your most memorable theater-going experiences?
Mine also include The Matrix, Blair Witch, and being way too stoned in Belgium when Fellowship of the Ring was sold out so we sat in the back row for Mulholland Drive instead.

It was hands-down one of the most memorable theater-going experiences I can remember, a collective 30-minute butt-clench/armrest-grab for the final climb. And we knew he lived! Wild.

A laminate from a fishing tournament in Florida signed by Johnny Bench. My wife's uncle had it (I think he worked at or also participated in the tournament?), and when he found out I was a baseball fan he mailed it across the country to me.

It's weird how I was so disappointed in Good Apollo I'm Burning Star lV, Volume One: From Fear Through The Eyes Of Madness that never even listened to another Coheed & Cambria album after that, but every time I listen to a song from that album it absolutely slaps.

My LCS didn't get the copy of Closer by @kierongillen.bsky.social & @stevelieberart.bsky.social that I ordered, but they were still able to order one for me late and I just read it. Can your shop still order it? I don't know, but you should ask! I had to stop reading midway to listen to Isaac Hayes!
