Especially now that the Covid review has reminded us how disastrous it can be to elect leaders who have known flaws that the media choose not to highlight to the public.

There are of course of judicial systems, which each have their own merits and problems. But if we are going to change the fundamental basis of what justice means in this country, it should come with a big public debate, not something rushed off because resources are tight when no one is looking.
