When someone asks what my favorite movie is I can FEEL all the movies leaving my body

There is no calamity so huge that there is not beauty and humor and joy to be had in the moments between actively working on solving or evading it.

Learning to take those moments, embrace the hell out of them, is what will make it all worth it, at whatever point you reach the end.

A small brick laid, many of which will form a house of resistance. Not enough on its own, but still worth doing alongside other things! (For example, bringing some old books to a choir rehearsal tonight for a good ol’ fashioned book swap)

They say people can't multitask but I can read a book without absorbing any of its content AND have a conversation that I am not paying attention to at the same time

Im gonna say it again: music is VITAL to games. Music guides players. Music enhances emotional moments. Music is so so so important. Funny enough video games are modern operas in the way music is needed to buoy the emotional stakes.
