Blood pressure was picture perfect today.
I am to continue to monitor at home. Cleared to continue going to the gym, resume normal activities and diet.
No cardiology follow up or stress test at this time.
It was the weight loss meds........

Also got confirmation that it was very likely a medication reaction. I have been told to discontinue the meds and get rest.
