First foray into beans. On the left is an attempt at vegan Cajun red beans and rice, but I put in too much celery and not enough beans. On the right is lentil ragout - the lentils were a bit more al dente than intended but still very good. Recipe links to be edited in shortly...

Update: the soup came out good! I used beef but can definitely taste how lamb would go really well with the other flavours.

Will be adding it to my regular rotation of root veggie soups (currently includes borscht and maafe).

This popup appears on my laptop (Macbook Air) regularly, even though I haven't used anything MS Office in months. It also does it for MS Word. Other than uninstall MS Office, how do I get it to stop that? I kind of feel like it's spying on me...
