Not really a man on a mission just another Twitter/X refugee.
I sometimes read the 0/1 star reviews people leave when Samsung shop tells me I have updates pending on all the Samsung bloatware apps which I never use, don't want but can't uninstall from phone. I think this sentiment is nearly universal?

Because I lost last month from being ill, December ie. Christmas has really crept up on me! Because I don't do Christmas (Sorry Jesus!) because I work over the Christmas period and I haven't got any family my Christmas planning is how to endure the festive holiday period. I think I'm working nights?

Saw these in the Home Bargain earlier Kellogg's Crunchy Nut and Rice Krispies Squares Shower Gel. I didn't get the chance to have a sniff.

My #Norfolk bluesky feed has moved on from protestor sit-ins as the Council tries to demolish Sheringham's 1950s bus shelter to first wild beaver spotted in Norfolk for 400 years. "No one knows where it came from?" ...hmmm just happened to find its way to Pensthorpe Nature Park, Fakenham?

I read online about how the Cults song "Always Forever" was inspired by the 2013 film 'Only Lovers Left Alive' which I'd never heard of before so I watched it earlier as well another Tilda Swinton film 'Orlando' (1992)

I rarely do any payments etc. over the phone to a real person nowadays, I tend to do all that sort of boring unavoidable adult stuff online but I'd forgotten having to spell my name out like I used to have to do throughout my life especially in pre-internet days – my name isn't even exotic?!
December 5, 2025 at 2:40 PM
Bluesky feeds don't seem to have any moderation, do they? I don't know if they're all like this but the NorfolkUK one I started following is full of erroneous posts about Norfolk pines, US Navy bases and it seems to be obsessed with a part of Norwich called Eaton – there are 35 Eatons worldwide!

Well, I survived my first 12hr night-shift after returning to work from being off ill for a month, in fact I've just started my 2nd night-shift. Got the chance to check the work rota when I was ill. I finished work Wed. 7pm, the next memory I have is being woken by the Police on Friday 10pm – weird!

4.email
5.password
6.username
7.memorable name
8.1st security question
9.2nd security question
10.3rd. security question
11.phone no.
12.texted code no.

I watched GLASS (2019) last night which I didn't realise was the final film of M. Night Shyamalan's own superhero trilogy starring James McAvoy, Samuel L. Jackson and Bruce Willis who barely said much through the whole film. I remember watching UNBREAKABLE (2000), didn't know there were sequels?

I haven't had a laptop since my old one went bang years ago and I do more or less use my tablet like a laptop as I have a wireless keyboard and mouse. Saying all that, I do miss not having a laptop for certain things as a lot of online word processing etc. are pretty awful and finicky to use.

I've just confirmed a date for returning back to work after my absence due to sickness all November and I've just realised it's in 4 days time instead of 11 days time which I miscalculated in my head as I was talking to my manager on the phone because I'd lost track of my normal shift pattern?
November 28, 2025 at 2:27 PM
Seeing as my sleep pattern is still messed up and that's coming from someone who works days and night-shifts normally, I've been rewatching stuff I watched as a teenager back in the 80s. In this instance I've watched all The Young Ones which for people my age kinda set the template for student life.

I've got a slow cooker in the back of the cupboard I've only ever used once and I must've bought it years ago because it was £12 from when we had a Tesco Metro on County Road, Liverpool which closed in 2018. Anyway, I thought I'd try out this spaghetti bolognese recipe but it looks a bit meagre?

I'm not really into all the Marvel franchise Superhero movies although I have watched most of them out of order minus a few that I wouldn't have been interested in watching. Last night I watched the lastest 2025 incarnation of Superman and The Fantastic Four - Superman in this film has a superdog?

After living in a city for so long sometimes when I speak to friends and family back home in the village on the phone and they start talking all farmer stuff I imagine they look like this.

I do try a lot of these eco-friendly products if I see them on the shop shelves until they completely disappear never to be seen in the shops again. This Original Source hand wash despite smelling of old-fashioned lavender and rosemary smells lovely but plant-based products can be really slimey.

With the news of the death of Udo Kier I thought I'd re-watched My Own Private Idaho (1991) which I assumed I'd watched back in the 90s because I remember scenes from the film but it wasn't long before I realised I'd never seen it? The B-52's gets name-checked as does William Shakespeare as a writer

Today is the last day of my parents UK based (they live in Cyprus for most the year) tenancy in Almondsbury, Huddersfield. Now they'll be based in the centre of Norwich. I used to like visiting Huddersfield as it's easy to get to from Liverpool but I don't think I'll really miss the place?

I never really got into podcasts but I do listen to one run by three late 40-somethings looking back on 90s indie/grunge guitar bands/music. I'm a bit older than them but was listening and going to the same gigs as they were but I'm often reminded how boring some of those popular indie bands were?

I think after my bout of illness, my sense of taste has improved ahelluva lot and is back to almost normal. I was eating bell pepper crudités with hummus last night so that's a good sign. Things that I have been left with which I never did before are drinking tea, I was a coffee drinker.

You're never at your most lithesome, lissom than when you're trying to extricate yourself from underneath a sleeping cat.

Just went to the local shop to get some milk and they've gone back to old minium £3 card payments? I thought the law was changed years ago concerning that?

My (Platycerium bifurcatum) stag's horn fern has become pretty impressive and it's not even really very old as I bought it as just a small £1.99 plant in the supermarket? I don't really like it when people mount these ferns on boards and hang them on walls.

Catching up watching Alien: Earth - S1 E5 - In Space, No One - Is that spacecraft run by clueless retards or something?
