There’s also the Pornhub/Texas case.
This one doesn’t get a lot of attention but I think it should. Hate the porn industry all you wish and I share those feelings but if that Texas law is upheld it’s the canary in the coal mine for 1A.

Rockland County NY is doing a HAND RECOUNT of ballots from the 2024 election. Apparently, some inconsistencies were found - all of the ballots for Senator Gillibrand - not one included a vote for Kamala Harris.
If evidence concludes that ELECTION FRAUD took place, MORE investigation is needed.
