Museum lad but actually a lawyer. Amateur podcaster, supporter of LCFC and AEW, and good-natured kazoo player.

The fact that the BBC has made serious culpable errors does not negate the point that there is a real and concerted right-wing media campaign to destroy it. Both points can be true at the same time and the campaign would not end even if the errors did.

I always find it interesting how the story changes when a lawyer gets to court. They can say anything they want outside of court without accountability but the rules are vastly different in court where you can get seriously penalized for lying.

Much as I would not dare to predict the consequences of this war, I do think we can summarize it thusly so far:

A smart and evil man manipulated a stupid and evil man into a war against a fanatical and evil regime.

Still true:
*Britain is a success story
*Most of its cities are doing astonishingly well
*Multiculturalism is popular
*Mass immigration has not led to social disintegration
*Nostalgia is increasingly weird
*Britain is incredibly safe
*Levels of social cohesion are high

80 minutes left of being a thirty something. Hasn't been the easiest of decades, especially with the pandemic and resulting mental health issues, but I am optimistic for my 40s, having already acquired stable employment and a house/mortgage. See you on the other side!

So America, you take your 33 1/3 tariff, minus my 25% tariff and you got an 8 1/3 chance of winning with a Tariff.

But then you take my 75% tariff, if we go one on one, and then add 66 2/3 per cents, I got 141 2/3 tariff. See USA, the numbers don't lie, and they spell disaster for you in 2025.
