Trying to watch Twisters with my grandma. How did anyone make it past the terrible diner scene at the beginning? If that’s the level of scientific literacy people have then no wonder Elon thinks Mars is simple.

In a year he took six weeks off, oversaw the beginning of a ratings decline and lost a few blue chip sponsors. Makes sense.
EXCLUSIVE: PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan earned over $23 million in regular and deferred compensation in 2023, according to a copy of the golf league’s most recently-filed tax return.

@DornickHills was excellent this weekend. Great staff, lunch was amazing, fun golf and an enjoyable walk. Plus it was in the 60’s and some guys at the course gave me a bar recommendation where I ran into so Iowa transplants. Can’t wait for a chance to return.

It’s the end of a wonderful trip to California. Played Pacific Grove Golf Links on the Monterrey Peninsula, Mill Valley Golf Course in the Tamalpais Mountains, Meadow Club, an amazing 1926 Alister MacKenzie and last I played Lake Merced Golf Club, a 1929 MacKenzie.

36 holes. 11.5 miles. 92 and 91. Not great scores but fun day. Blue Springs Golf Club and Hillcrest Golf Club. 10 months ago I decided to make changes, this is the 2nd time I’ve walked 36 in one day. A thing not possible a year ago.
