There is a white old-school curtain in the background and in the foreground on the windows ill, there are many different cacti lined up in a row along the window front. The sky, clouds and buildings are reflected in the window. Colors are somewhat graded to enlarge the contrast betwenn warm and cool colors.

From a small foothill at the Streuobstwiesen Nature Reserve in Darmstadt-Eberstadt, Germany you are looking at the Melibokus Mountain(517m).On the left you see part of the Frankenstein Mountain. A small hole in the cloud cover allows the sun rays to spotlight the trees and grass in beautiful colors.

At the bottom of the tube is a propeller, which can be set in motion manually via a crank. When the propeller turns it creates a vortex in the tube. In the photo you can see the background of the park behind the tube with people and tress and the plexiglas contorts the light into rainbow colored swirling forms. In the front you can see a myriad of tiny air bubbles as leftovers of a dying vortex. It creates the impression that you can see the process of water evaporation in the trees.
