I just found myself missing this app. I know not a lot of #Nigerians are on here, but maybe the small number can interact with each other?

There's been a lot of complaints on tiktok about the Grammy awards noms for African artists being just Nigerians. Let me help you understand. The one other country that can compete with NG is SA. But recently they've not had any trending musicians.

To #Nigerians on this app. How long do you think it'll take for our brothers and sisters on the other app to come here??

1)The president of the FRNigeria, at the G20 Summit in Brazil, endorsed the creation of the #GlobalAllianceAgainstHunger stating that this is "to address both immediate needs and structural causes of hunger and poverty." This is funny to me as we know a major cause of poverty in Nigeria. #Corruption

So Chidimma got the 1st Runner Up in the Miss Universe competition inspite of all the hate and plans to get her disqualified. While there are obvious lessons to learn from this, the most important to me is that silence and comportment bring support and love even from past haters. Congrats, Chidimma.

Today, I went to the Lagos International Theatre Festival. I watched the play Idia: The Warrior Queen of Benin. In one word: captivating. I respected every actor, and moreso when I learnt they were secondary school students. Hats off to the young lady who played Idia, Iya Oba.

A weekend well spent.
