Yeah, I mean, that’s just motte and bailey, right? You use the least interesting definition of God to try to defend believing that it could exist at all, and then act like you just proved that your particular God is the only real one.

There are shelves and shelves of books on theodicy specifically because this argument is so strong but people want to believe in gods anyway.
