seriously, my best advice is to baby yourself for as long as it takes. i've totalled 3 cars (such is being of american peckerwood lineage) and the only way through it is to slowly and gently reset yourself.

Will say, surprised Pitchfork puts Descendents of Cain by Ka that high. To me, Ka's best work is that first Dr. Yen Lo album. If New New York rap is noir, then that album is Point Blank with Lee Marvin.
