💥 Reform UK says it's a £350m scandal.
🧐 It's actually… a spreadsheet.

Before you light the torches, maybe check what a framework is first?

Bear in mind (did you see what I did there @bearlypolitics.co.uk 😉) this was the Chair of the party. If he’s this clueless, imagine what all those rookie councillors are going to be like. 😳 Excellent article, worth a read.
Reform UK has uncovered the scandal of a “wasteful” £350m contract.

Small problem: it’s not a contract. Or £350m. Or a scandal.
But apart from that, spot on! 😬

The Bear explains how Reform got it completely wrong ⤵️

I’m extremely chuffed by just how well the below article has done - who knew public procurement frameworks could be so popular!

Thanks to @bylinesnetwork.co.uk and @eastangliabylines.co.uk for sharing it so far and wide, and for all the lovely comments and DMs.

So no, this isn’t an “isolated” case - it’s an example of how educational support differs depending on school type and funding structure. And ironically, it’s the same structure the very people now clutching their pearls either supported or ignored for years.

Hmm…. A Daily Mail headline so clearly designed to make you furious.

Being shared by salivating Tory MPs who love a good rage farming story!

So, what’s going on here?

Let’s take a look!👀

Can someone please fetch me the world’s tiniest Steinway?

I do, of course, have some sympathy to give - thoughts, prayers, and a commemorative GoFundMe - for the brave souls earning £100k a year and still feeling “the pinch”.

Stay strong, Henries - may your second Ocado delivery arrive on time.
