Thank you! I’ve also removed most refined sugars from my diet and reduced carbs significantly. I no longer almost fall asleep at work. So, fingers crossed. I mean, surely it can’t have gone up! 🤞

Thank you. I used to swim weekly when I was in my 20s but never as seriously as I am now. First time I went in November I only managed 14 lengths!

I just have to remember that some days I’ll swim a lot less lengths and that’s ok too. Sometimes my back or my knee hurts. Sometimes there’s too many other swimmers getting in the way …. Rude! 😉 Blood test tomorrow to see if my blood sugar levels have gone down 😬

I know! I’ve already eaten 2!! Will have to heat them for a few secs in the office microwave as never as good the next day 🤷‍♀️

Had to put the cake in my Le Creuset casserole dish as I don’t have anything else to put it in for transporting! 🤦‍♀️ 🤣

Yep! Would have been easier to just buy a cheap cake but I hate to buy stuff I can’t eat myself.

Gonna make some GF cheese scones to take as well just in case but the cake mixture tasted nice and I like the icing even if it does taste vaguely of guacamole 🤣
