What’s with all the anime in my feed today?

Here’s the AP story. Despite my quibbles, I applaud this story, which goes further than most mainstream media in warning people that Trump is becoming a dictator.

I have approximately zero following on this app, sharing in the hopes it can get in front of the right person. A man I went to college with’s wife was kidnapped by ICE at a green card hearing, and he’s trying to find a reporter who will speak to him about the situation

A man was just chased and arrested outside of the Broadview ICE facility in Chicago. When legal observers from the National Lawyers Guild asked why, an agent threatened to arrest them too.

@msnbc.com I’m a longtime MSNBC watcher and I really find it offensive that you have wiped your weekday schedule of Black people and instead have “corralled” them in a single show. Even your fill-ins are white. What year is it…1950?

So how cool is this? In the morning, the hibiscus blooms are magenta and dark. By the afternoon they are more white. I had thought they were different blooms over the last few days but nope. Same blooms, different colors, different times.

Does Hobby Lobby really think that anyone watching Deadline Whitehouse is going to shop there?

@npr.org I’m not sure whether to be angry that NPR caved, applaud them for obeying/not obeying Trump, or just laugh. Today in a story they said, “in what was formerly called the Gulf of Mexico.” So they didn’t straight up say “Gulf of America” but came awfully close…
