We've completed upgrades at St. Albans Station to make it fully accessible!

The station now features a new street-to-platform elevator, new communication and security systems, and parking lot accessibility improvements.

Our team is making accessibility upgrades to Hollis and over Halloweekend, we installed a new tunnel as a first step towards extending the length platforms.

After cutting power on the third rail, they unbolted the tracks and moved them away, demolishing the retaining wall at 99th Avenue.

Autumn is in full swing, and leaves are falling from the trees—which can be a hassle on the tracks!

When trains run over fallen leaves, they leave a slippery coating on the rail that causes train wheels to slide.

If you drop something on the tracks, don't fret and try to retrieve it yourself.

Notify an employee, use a station Help Point Intercom, or call 511 so that our team can further assist you. We'll get your belongings back to you safely.

Railfans: Please do not risk your safety for the sake of a photo!

Leaves are falling, which means our laser train is off to work! We use the laser train, as well as other techniques, to clear away leaf residue and prevent slippery rails.

This removal helps reduce delays and keeps more cars in service throughout the season.
