What if the indirect cost model is truly broken and wasteful... AND the idea that it would be cut to 15% across the board with 3 days' notice is just about the worst way possible to address this problem?

I can't decide what's worse when coding with ChatGPT: ChatGPT-4 being maliciously lazy, or ChatGPT-3.5 being just straight dumb? Either way, what a waste of time (and money).
