Recent reporting alleges that civilian men are impersonating ICE agents to kidnap and sexually assault immigrant women, with cases in North Carolina and New York.

Unmasking ICE agents is important, but it’s a Band-Aid on a broader, systemic crisis. Read @kylietcheung.bsky.social's full Op-Ed ⤵️
How ICE Raids Are Making It Easier for Civilian Men to Assault Immigrant Women
"This phenomenon is only possible because of the outsized power that state agents have always had to abuse and control women and victims' bodies," argues Kylie Cheung.

This is why we’re out in the streets - you cannot defend the actions of people who would lie to kidnap 1st graders. Any human being with a conscience is going to take that personally.
BREAKING: Federal agents in plain clothes and unmarked cars tried to snatch 1st graders from LA elementary schools—told staff they had “parental consent.”

They lied. When pressed, they HID THEIR IDS. DHS admits they sent them. This wasn’t a welfare check. It was a test run for a police state.
