I do so much *breathing* in the summer—and that’s it, isn’t it? That’s what I’m missing the rest of the year, I think? Just having the time to notice where you are when you’re there, & to feel gratitude for your breath, your body, and the simple beauty that this world has tucked away within it. 🌅 🌲

Wherever she leads, I’ll go.✨ Morning rituals are cleansing, & I hate that my favorite one— walks in public parks w my dog, June— goes away each year when school starts. I suppose it does make me that much more appreciative of the time we have w this routine; it’s “not nothing,” as Josey would say.
