Yeah, so all those “super absorbent” products were a waste of resources and money.
Nothing worked properly because we only tested WITH WATER. Which we dyed blue because red is so upsetting and graphic.

AND, did you know they didn’t start using actual blood to test absorption in period products until 2023?
Prior to that it was a saline solution because obviously blood and tissue are the same viscosity.

Problem is women were rarely used in developing meds of any kind, so they often don’t work as well for us.
They didn’t start actively using and involving women or even looking to see how ADHD presented in women/girls until the year 2000.
