Only five treatments are currently approved for #lupus (aspirin, corticosteroids, hydroxychloroquine, belimumab, and anifrolumab-fnia) and two drugs for #lupusnephritis (belimumab and voclosporin). There are many in the pipeline, hope is on the horizon! #LupusAwarenessMonth @lupuschat.bsky.social

Outside my doctors, this morning to help me deal with my lupus flare & keep me out of urgent care or the ER. I cannot stress enough how crucial it is to have a team place
to fight this disease. During lupus awareness month there’s no better time to tell you that this sucks and we must eradicate it!
