Another way of looking at it might be; without AI, Sandra's report was so long it needed a summary, and didn't address information that Bill might have needed; Jane didn't bother reading the report so needed Bill as a middleman just to put it into a different format. Both cases are stupid.

Incredible albino just arrived outside my house. I think a sparrow? I was in the middle of sponsoring a neighbour for charity and had to ask him to take his clipboard back while I rushed to grab my phone! #birding #birbs #birds #rspb #bbcspringwatch @bbcspringwatch.bsky.social @rspb.bsky.social

If you ignore all the news, it's a beautiful day, isn't it?

Personally, I see enough people pointing out the negatives and trade-offs that I don't think my contribution to that end is useful. But there are many dangers, and people do highlight them.

Just before Christmas I went to Forest Farm nature reserve in Cardiff, managing to see these two stunning creatures. I cannot imagine a future of mine in which seeing a kingfisher is not a delight. Will be searching again in Rickmansworth in the next couple of months.

Cryptic crosswords are now my addiction. Also been writing my own; physics themed below!

Kingfisher. Endlessly fascinated by their habits, habitats and elusiveness. Their colours are like no other bird in the country. I go looking for them. It is an absolute thrill every time I see one and an even bigger thrill when I catch a good shot of one.

Mine aren't old enough yet. But I look forward with great anticipation to the day they understand the Christmas jumper I am wearing as I type.

The same for mine last week, but specifically ghost stories from Garth Marenghi's Darkplace.

Frosty winter mornings are stunning from here. Absolutely beautiful.

#viewfromtheplatform. I got up early this morning for no reason other than I woke up early. Only when I got to the station did I remember I have a parents' evening today and I'll be at school for the next 12 hours.

I used to post commute pictures. Not daily, but sometimes. Here is today's. It's a beautiful view from the platform; days when the mist hangs over the park or there's frost on the grass are fantastic. I think there are far worse places to commute from. I hope yours today is quick and painless.

That's the chief inspector of course. The new hires are more with the times.

I have a booklet to go with this, with information and questions. Let me know who to send it to if you want it! I stupidly didn't save the source document but our branding is only on the front page... sub in a new one for your school(s)
