It didn’t used to hurt sitting criss cross applesauce like FIVE MONTHS AGO but now my knees scream everytime I do???

Not gunna lie, my husband getting home at like 430 everyday in residency vs now it’s 545p every day has made a dramatic impact on my mental health 🥲
Also means I Can’t work many weekdays because he gets off so goddam late and I refuse to leave my kids at daycare for 11 hours a day 🙃
