Another fantastic month for reading!
Two ARCs: Fairy Tale Fixers and Troubled Tonsils! are sure to be favorites in the library this Fall!
I'm looking forward to reading Odder with my 3rd through 6th graders as grades K to 2 read the picture book this year.

May's cover collage from @thestorygraph.com

Picking out books for our Family Book Club next year has me reading an extra amount of children's and middle grade - no complaints here!

Vanya and the Wild Hunt is definitely on the list! Penny Draws a Best Friend might be another!

March was an excellent month for good books as you can see from my @thestorygraph.com wrap up!

We also had a Read Across America Challenge at our Elementary school where each grade had to collectively read 100 books... And they all went above and beyond!

Tonight an unbelievable **34,000 people** gathered for our Denver rally to take on billionaires and win our country back.

This was the largest political gathering in Denver since Obama in 2008.

Also bigger than the 2024 DNC.

And the largest ever rally in Bernie’s career (and obviously, mine too).

Absolutely fills my heart to hear from so many educators, librarians, and family members sharing my books with young readers. I'm one lucky author. 💙

My books from February via @thestorygraph.com monthly wrap up!
It took 6 weeks between delays and cancellations to finish LEAVE IT TO PLUM by @mattphelandraws.bsky.social to my 2nd and 3rd graders. Well worth it since they were ready to snatch up the rest of the series from the library!

hey for anyone who might want to actually own their kindle books instead of renting them, or who might be thinking of switching to kobo etc and will want to convert them to epubs, you now only have one week before amazon kills your ability to download its ebooks www.theverge.com/news/612898/...
Amazon’s killing a feature that let you download and backup Kindle books
It’s bad if you like to keep ebook backup copies.
