A HOLOLIVE (which I know nothing about) fan game, basically VAMPIRE SURVIVORS with vtubers. Less exploration/discovery than VS, but the characters all have skills that offer more unique/complex playstyles, and the poppy environments/vibes are less monotonous.

Okay, I get why everyone was so obsessed with this. Addictive, deceptively deep, with a ton of secrets and unlocks to ferret out. While I appreciate the simplicity, I feel like a lot of the environments are a little TOO sparse, especially for their size.

On the one hand, MOTORWAYS's predecessor is even simpler, which is both repressive and compelling, gameplay-wise. On the other hand, I feel like the pace of it is not as good--it seems to get out of hand quickly, and for reasons that (to me) aren't always super clear.

Delightful minimalist traffic management sim, a real masterpiece of visual and sound design that manages to dole out calming zen vibes and abject panic in equal measure.

SPIDER OF LANKA is great, but too short, imo, to really support its themes of conspiracy and manipulation.
LEMURIAN VAMPIRE is just too short--too many actions confusingly crammed into too small a space, although the big reveal hits hard, regardless.

A cool approach to the mystery genre, w/ a story that escalates between scenes in wonderfully sharp and unpredictable ways (although sometimes the smaller interstitial plot are unnecessarily confusing *cough*Walter Keene).
Really should be "CURSE," not "CASE".
