Today, one of my 8th graders told me, “your eye looks dead. Can it see?” - Just FYI, it can see and it’s living, but my 5 year old punched me in the face ‘for fun’ this morning. Not my best day this year.

24 hours in a work day
8 hrs = sleeping (avg)
1 hr = getting ready for work
9 hrs = working (teacher)
1 hr = completing tasks/cleaning up after work (avg)
1 hr = driving to/from work
1-2 hrs = planning for work (avg)
~ 2 hrs per day of my own time. Hmmm.
