Made sourdough bagels for the office again… Turns out doing a bigger batch isn't any harder than a small one. Main limiter is fridge space, since my recipe calls for an overnight chill.As temp get close to 40º F overnight, I'll be able to leave them outside.

Hey here's a tart I baked last night, with roasted cauliflower and onions (I just roasted both on the same sheet pan), sharp cheddar, mustard, nutmeg, cream, eggs. It's a good season to be roasting vegetables, and savory tarts feel so very special for not much effort.

Incredible car-brain stuff here. To get to the restaurant in the same building, I should walk out, get in my car, drive across the bridge, make a u-turn, then come back to the same building.
