What happened to Abbott’s plan to “eliminate rape?”

And some political reporting today hasn’t caught up on Trump suddenly dropping his harsh criticisms of the insurers.

I’m posting about this because now other GOP’s are talking up the latter idea as their concept of a health care plan. Obviously there’s nothing populist about people having to shop for insurance.

I was trying to say that Prop Q wasn’t Tax the Rich, it was kind of the opposite. Not something you could get really excited about and so it was cursed from the beginning.
