One of my favourite Middle Eastern salami I usually eat grilll the aubergines on an open he’s ring or over charcoal must have that smoked flavour. Taught in Palestine in 1982 loved it spice but must be Smokey flavoured

Against salad on top off an omelette should. Be on the side as salad will wilt from the heat from the omelette never used oil but only butter go making omelets sorry for my critique
