Does the Israeli government share blame for the ongoing catastrophe in Gaza? Absolutely. Do Israel’s disastrous policies justify delegitimizing the entire country? Absolutely not.

Nation-building at its bloodiest - because Western powers imposed their definition of national entities on a part of the globe with a very different worldview. One of the great tragedies of the 20th century.

“I believe the following…remains true: If the Palestinians put down their weapons, there would be peace in the region. If the Israelis put down their weapons, there would be a genocide. This asymmetry contains all the information one needs to discern the moral high ground in the Middle East.”
Islam, Israel, and the Tragedy of Gaza
Having recently expressed support for our bombing of Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, I’ve been reminded that my views about the ongoing conflict in the Middle East can seem perplexing.

The real reason?

He claims he destroyed “all nuclear facilities and capability;” his team knows they can’t back up his bluster and BS.

Here's what they're scared we'll ask:

How close was Iran to the bomb, and how far has Israel pushed it back?
The more we learn, the clearer it becomes that Israel struck in the nick of time: Iran was very close to the bomb. Its ballistic missiles were becoming a dire threat. And then there's that derided 'De...
