I agree fully that “two (and sometimes three) contradictory things can be true at the same time.” Sometimes the worst motives can still result in positive outcomes.

"The hurt inflicted when others deny your pain" is not just a Jewish problem - but it's especially prevalent in the Jewish community since Oct. 7. Dismissing someone's suffering attacks their sense of self. Respectful disagreement on issues is something else entirely.
