Last year, Chris Bishop complained Hamas was inflicting the Holocaust all over again on Israel, and TVNZ's business editor, Jason Walls agreed.

Zero sympathy from Bishop or Walls for murdered Palestinians, 5 of 6 which were civilians #nzpol www.newstalkzb.co.nz/on-air/heath...

88% of Fonterra farmers vote to cash out and take the money. We've lost a huge Kiwi asset and Fonterra's damage to our environment, waters and health will forever be repaid by Kiwis. Pandering to farmers in the way ACt/Nat does is BS. NZ First's posturing all saddle, no horse #nzpol

Arranged over text, and English's report just echoed Chris Bishop's earlier thoughts/direction. Funny this coincidence but $500,000 could pay for 18 transitional houses for Kiwis in need #nzpol #kiwi

This is Sunny Kaushal. The last time he was on TV lamenting crime was in 2024. The next day, Paul Goldsmith made Kaushal chair of a Crime Advisory Group.

Kaushal is earning ~$1000 a day and in just 3 months they billed $500K. Retail & most violent crimes escalated. #nzpol #kiwi

Funny to hear David Seymour tell RNZ today that we have all the money we need for everything. Last year he said NZ is broke and we couldn't afford the ferries

Spoiler: they threw away ~ $1bn to break i-Rex

Could Joseph Mooney be National's dumbest MP?

"broadcasting....content transmitted online in a continuous, linear, or livestreamed format for a general audience is included under this definition"

OK he didn't know but he didn't even bother looking it up but wants to pander to Plunket

TV reports on the severe weather:

- Civil defence - "never seen it this bad in 40 years"
- Resident, Hanmer Spring - "never seen it this bad in 30 years"

Must be a coincidence that extreme weather events are getting more extreme, as climate scientists forecasted #nzpol #kiwi

This is deep sea trawling. The last NZ government led the world in an international agreement to restrict the damage.

One of the first things this government did was tear it up. The US, Pacific islands, and Australia criticised NZ for doing so. Shane Jones doesn't care #nzpol

Just thinking if we hadn't cancelled i-Rex we would be taking delivery of 2 new hybrid, future proof ferries soon with two seismic upgraded ports. Imagine #nzpol

What a fuck wit - Nelson hospital have been pleading with him for budget/resources for a year. Also the same guy who ordered Auckland City Hospital to do minimum work resulting its infrastructure/backup plans failing in emergencies. This guy would not last a day in a real work environment. #nzpol

Luxon's $8100 rate reduction on his Waiheke Island home reminds me:

I wonder how his reported neighbour Cecilia Robinson is doing. Or if the mystery of how Tend Health got to become a lucrative PHO, reportedly directly helped by Health NZ, has been solved yet #nzpol #kiwi

National cancelled i-Rex which had a benefit to cost ratio of 4.4. It would have cost $1.4 b to finish.

Roads of National Significance (RoNS) have business cases just over 1 & a closer look reveals they've tampered with the assumptions to get there.

Cost? $40-50b #nzpol
