There is an issue with #BlueSky buffering/Not loading due to #NordVPN . If you open the NordVpn app. Settings->Split Tunneling->Manage Apps. Turn on Split Tunnelling and add the BlueSky app this will stop the buffering happening by by-passing. It is a work around until there is a fix.

Forgot to update this, but got another email yesterday from Bluesky support that VPN users,particularly Nord,are having issues seeing videos. I’m also having an issue seeing gifs (unless I’m searching for them). If I pause my VPN, I can see videos & gifs. Nord wasn’t an issue for me a few days ago.

🚨 Capping off an extraordinary week for the grid, it looks like renewables and pumped storage were able to fulfil 90% of yesterday's electricity demand in Ireland.
The final numbers are yet to be published but this would be only the second time this has ever happened, way back in February 2022.

Renewable generation and pumped storage equalled 90% of yesterday's electricity demand, with a peak of 109% at 05:00. Fossil fuel generation (mostly gas) equalled 25% of demand. 13% of generation was exported, 0% of demand was met by imports.
