With no legitimate "next man up" the Republicans will likely continue to bend themselves into pretzels & they ride the Trump train until the very end. Remember, shame is a thing of the past & only the present matters to these folks. They don't care about the future or a legacy.....

Vance and other high-level Republicans would have to make deals and promises but I'm not sure this VP has the cache or influence, as most people don't see him as the future of the party. In fact, there is no future just here & now. Smash & loot as much as possible until someone dares to stop you....

Assume the #Epsteinfiles are too much for even the MAGA GOP to bear, what's next? Trump will never resign on his own accord. Congress will likely still be too divided to impeach & convict. That leaves the 25th Amendment but he is surrounded by sycophants who may never jump off even a sinking ship.
