Note the timing of this Dem capitulation: Not when Americans are in food pantry lines, only when they're in TSA lines.

And there it is, folks. The AA CEO made the call.

It's really up to you at this point.

It has always been.

Stiffen your spine & find some courage to be uncomfortable.

If we could just let go of the myth of American Exceptionalism, the truth would become astonishingly clear in no time.

The difference is striking & impossible to ignore.

Standing on business vs. Sitting in privilege.

Wellness "influencers" have a supplement for everything, even natural disasters.

Always focus on the big things: immediate needs like safety, food, water & shelter. Grab your doctor-prescribed medications.

Your turmeric won't save you.

Prioritize your health and make the most of your resources.

Don’t forget, if you have FSA or HSA funds, be sure to utilize them before the year ends.

And they do. Now 1 cup of coffee so longer gives you the same effect largely because that amount of caffeine block the now larger number of receptors in the brain, so a 2nd cup is necessary. This plays out over & over until you are almost constantly reaching for caffeine just to make it through.

Caffeine blocks this temporarily & the fatigue you experience fades away. With a half life of ~10 hours, this boost lasts about 5 hours & slowly drops off. But the brain is smart & knows it should be playing nicely with adenosine, so over time it creates new receptors to "find & bind" it.

Caffeine does "give you energy", but the boost you feel is largely influenced by it masking fatigue. It binds to the receptors in your brain that would normally bind to adenosine (which is produced naturally throughout your day). This coupling eventually tells your brain is it time to rest.

If you are blessed enough to have the next few weeks off for the holidays, it is an excellent opportunity to take a caffeine break.

Yes, it's blasphemous, you have simply so much to do so many places to go and so many things on your to-do list to accomplish but let's talk about why it's important.

Are you considering #Ozempic? Studies indicate GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RAs) & SGLT2 inhibitors (SGLT2is) effectively promote weight loss but may also lead to lean body mass (LBM) loss, including skeletal muscle. How can you prevent this muscle loss?
