Banana slug! I have never seen one rear up like this one. This was quite a good sized one close to 6-7 inches long.

The bees really love the iris.

Out back by the guest cottage. The grape is taking over the back fence and we appear to have a fennel forest going!

Super cool to watch this bee in slo-mo. I love the way the lupine blossom opens in the middle to make a little shelf for the bee to stand on while it gathers pollen.
